Delivery Policy

  

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.


Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within [15] business days of the date of your order. Business days mean Monday _ Friday, except holidays.

Please note we do not ship on [Sundays].

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the Return Policy?

Mountain Hatch accepts returns of our products under the 2 following conditions:

-Products that are unused, in original packaging and in brand new condition within 30 days of purchase. Once we receive your return, the item will be inspected. A full refund (minus shipping) will be issued if the item is unused, in original packaging and in brand new condition.

-AND-

-We also accept returns of our products within 30 days of purchase if the item has been opened/used. However, a restocking fee of 30% applies. Mountain Hatch also reserves the right to examine and reduce refund amount based on the extent of any excessive wear and tear/damage.

It is the customers responsibility for arranging the return shipment and the cost associated with returning the item(s). Once your return is received, the item will be inspected to validate condition.  Any damage that may occur during return shipping is the customer responsibility to address with the freight company.
